Bring a picture of your favorite Saint or "saint" (someone you love who has died), and put it on the window sill in the church before the service on Sunday. This will help us remember our loved ones together and remember that when we worship we do so with "all the company of heaven." This year we will also baptize Ian Dean; please pray for Ian as he prepares for this rite of initiation. Also - remember to set your clocks back on Saturday night so you can have your extra hour

Kari Scheie (pronounced Shay) served as the parish administrator at St. Bede’s in Forest Grove for a number of years. There, she lived in a monastic cell inside the church, which was a Roman Catholic convent prior to St. Bede’s acquisition of the building decades ago.
